Terrible service. Non-existent customer service. The campsite is unreachable. We made a reservation online. Then it took us several days to get someone on the phone who didn't even know the details of the campsite's rentals… Then, given that we had a long drive with young children, we planned a late arrival, which was apparently forced upon us by the campsite owners since no one was there after 8 pm… So, in case of a problem, we would have slept in the car in front of the campsite gate… We had therefore requested a refund because we found other accommodation that could accommodate arrivals by 9:30 pm, and this campsite was unable to reimburse us… So, they were unable to accommodate us and unable to reimburse us… It's simply theft… Finally, they offered to accommodate us after we told them we had found other accommodation… Absolutely no responsiveness and no customer service whatsoever… I've never seen anything like it… I travel very often and have stayed in various types of accommodation in France and abroad. The stranger… I’ve never seen anything like it…

The campsite is very well located with good amenities... Free Wi-Fi, swimming pool, outdoor café...

The site's location, nestled between blossoming trees and snow-capped peaks, is quite idyllic! And what a welcome! The smiles and dedication of all the staff to ensuring we had a pleasant stay were truly appreciated. See you soon!
