Lamentable, we entered the reception to inquire about a future purchase of a mobile home. The person at the reception was in a video meeting with campsite managers. He wasn't interested in us and just asked us to wait 5 minutes. After 10 minutes, we got up and he told us he still had 45 minutes! He didn't give a damn about customers! What a shame! We left, telling him what we thought of him.

The new owners and staff are lovely and accommodating. The pool and facilities are spotless. Plenty of sports activities (trampoline, ping pong, volleyball, badminton, etc.) are available. A place not to be missed in the Pyrenees.
