La Lampisterie Charming rooms in Carlaret with views of the Pyrenees

Located in the Appaméenne countryside, on the edge of the GR 78 which runs along the foothills of the Pyrenees, the old Carlaret station, decommissioned in 1950, has since become a residence with spacious and light rooms in the heart of a large wooded park with a peaceful atmosphere. The Pyrenees to the south offer a backdrop of incomparable beauty and a sumptuous setting for dining on the terrace in the gentle cool of a summer evening.

Five pleasantly furnished rooms, for individuals, couples or families, will allow you to fully enjoy the peaceful setting of the house, in a simple and family atmosphere. Towels and sheets are provided, breakfast included. The table d'hôtes is open in the evening, allowing you to meet pilgrims and hikers passing through on the GR 78.

You will spend a peaceful stay there, also benefiting from parking facilities and part of the garden. You will have the possibility of renting bicycles to explore the nearby surroundings.

You are close to the major tourist sites of Ariège: Mirepoix and Foix are 20 minutes away; the upper Ariège is easily accessible. The rich cultural, historical and natural heritage of the region will delight lovers of walks, visits and markets, as well as sports enthusiasts.
