Blandine, a woman of charm and character, is happy when the people around her are. For 20 years, her dream has been to open guest rooms, which is rare in the Northeast of Toulouse. 10 years ago, she fell in love with a charming property that was once one of the main farms in the village for nearly three centuries and which she is renovating.

The large volume of each room has been favored, the decoration remains simple, friendly, family and tasteful. The old farmhouse houses the office, the TV lounge and the private bedrooms. The stable has been transformed into a large living room where you can enjoy the fireplace corner, the bar and the library. The sheepfold has become the dining room. The completely modified pigsty houses the kitchen for the preparation of elaborate dishes. Under the awning, it is the summer dining room.

The barn has been restored and transformed into three large guest rooms "Toulouse, Albi and Montauban". Outside, the swimming pool is secure. The large flowered and wooded garden overlooks the countryside. The guest rooms benefit from their own green space, to preserve the privacy and tranquility of each. An outstanding cook, Blandine finds inspiration from local market gardeners and artisans to offer original, high-quality, seasonal meals. Jean-Marie, Blandine 's husband, ensures the whole thing runs smoothly. Cultured, good conversationalist, and just as attentive as Blandine, he knows how to create a good atmosphere at the table that allows their guests to be genuine and relaxed. Their desire to be discreet and to respond to the demands of their guests means that their green tourism welcomes a wide variety of people, from France, Europe, and even across the Atlantic.

During the week, it is mostly professionals, on Saturdays and Sundays, more people who travel for weddings, birthdays or funerals. American cycle tourists appreciate these lodgings because the garage is available to secure your bikes, then on site they find the swimming pool, the convivial rooms and a gourmet home-cooked meal.

La Grange de Briac offers a peaceful break to its visitors, always respectful of the setting and the quality of the services offered. The prices are attractive, breakfasts included and without surprises.
