La Grange de Briac: the farm of happiness in the heart of the Toulouse region

Twenty years ago, Blandine and Jean-Marie fell in love with an old farmhouse in the northeast of Toulouse, built nearly three centuries ago. Rare in this area, this guesthouse project was born from Blandine's desire to open her doors and share a warm and welcoming living space, just a few minutes from Toulouse, Albi, and Montauban.

Spacious rooms to unpack your suitcases

The renovation highlighted the generous proportions of the original buildings, with simple and welcoming décor. The former farmhouse now houses a TV lounge and living area, while the old stable has been transformed into a large living room with a fireplace, bar area, and library. The barn has been converted into three comfortable bedrooms named Toulouse, Albi, and Montauban, accommodating up to 16 people, all air-conditioned and equipped with Wi-Fi.

Outside, a beautiful landscaped garden surrounds a secure swimming pool, offering everyone a peaceful setting for relaxation in complete privacy. A secure garage, particularly appreciated by cyclists, also provides storage for bicycles and equipment.

A guesthouse that values local producers

Working with local farmers and artisans, Blandine finds inspiration for creating original, seasonal, and home-cooked meals. The couple makes their guests feel at ease and truly welcome. They value discretion and are attentive to individual requests, which explains their diverse clientele from France, Europe, and even occasionally from across the Atlantic.

During the week, it's mainly business travelers who stay here. On weekends, the rooms are used for bespoke events ( link to the Venue Rental section ): weddings , birthdays, ceremonies…
