Absolutely incredible! I stumbled upon this gem in summer 2025 and sadly she only had two nights available so I rebooked for 12 nights in October. The beautiful Ann (owner) catered to my very specific breakfast needs, the room was very comfortable (shout out to the hypoallergenic insanely cosy bedding and mattress) the views were next level beautiful, the 15m pool was used everyday along with the infrared sauna and the location (half way up the road to Hautacam) was spot on to access everywhere in the vicinity. I come to write in the peace and quiet and when I want to venture out for dinner or hiking it’s so easy! I will be back and I cannot recommend it enough! Thank you Ann x

Beautiful place but too expensive. No meal options and the breakfast is very poor. The owner watching you eat breakfast is annoying early in the morning, cold welcome our arrival time was not to her liking. The open bathroom in the suite limits its use because it is too noisy and wakes up the spouse; the small fridge with a very noisy coffee maker is in it. The pool is disappointing, it is simply a swimming lane for 2 people at the same time. The breakfast time is much too late (9 a.m.) at the discretion of the owner, even if the first day we were served at 8 a.m. (already late if you have to go on an excursion), this was not the case the next day of departure and it bothered us enormously for the road and next destination. I make it a point of honor that my opinions reflect the truth and in no case is your breakfast worthy of a lodge, the ibis or others do much better with more choice! no pastries, no fresh bread (long-life supermarket bread kept in the fridge), supermarket fruit juice and just a choice of grapefruit... no boiled egg possible, savory food is sorely lacking... As for the upgrade, we hadn't asked for anything, it was done simply because we went through "voyage avec vue" and you know the person, be honest in your concern for improvement.

Magnificent, very warm welcome, exceptional room and facilities. Worthy of a 4 or 5 star hotel. We will return without any hesitation. Superb, thank you very much again for your welcome and the skills and cleanliness of your lodge.
