Wow what an excellent hotel. Same expertise for the entire week from every staff member from reception to cleaners They also had a mini kids club which was fabulous, my children had so much fun and loved doing arts and crafts there Breakfast was amazing and the dinner buffets had a great selection. Very convenient location. Definitely planning to return

This hotel is simply magnificent in every way, the decor, the attention to detail, how it’s styled, the beautiful room, the really incredible breakfast, the lounge by the stunning fire sipping champagne, the spa centre, the outdoor pool in winter, the nuxe beauty products are sublime, the staff super friendly, there is not one fault anywhere! We will be back with our adult children in December to ski and enjoy this hotel which should be a 5 star 😊😊😊😊

Aucune volonté de s adapter aux demandes simples du client, une Direction qui reste campée sur des valeurs mercantiles d un autre âge!!! Communication avec cet établissement impossible. No desire to adapt to the simple requests of the customer, a Manager which remains stuck on mercantile values from another age!!! Communication with this establishment impossible. when the weather forecast announces 100 km/h wind, and the planned activity is canceled by the organizer, Mercury could be attentive to shift and not only look at the mercantile aspect
