  Swell place in the country. Great staff. The AC doesn't work so well, so don't stay in the summer. Also important, if you are going into town or nearby towns, there will either not be taxi service, or very expensive taxi service in the region. I like these people, they were nice.

  This is a comfortable moderately priced no frills hotel. It's rooms are comfortable but lot luxurious. It's facilities, including the swimming pool, tennis court, restaurant, and gathering rooms are perfect for any visit, small or large. We recently hosted a "mini" college reunion. Originally our intent was to house our guests in our home, but when the guest list swelled to 40 then 55, we obviously needed a different solution. That is when we discovered this place. They were a dream to deal with. The made what could have been a nightmare as easy as organizing housing, activities, and meals for 55 Americans can be. Everyone there went above and beyond and all our guests were delighted and gave Garabaud and its staff highest marks. NOW REOPENED AFTER CONFINEMENT. Better than ever.

  The Domaine de Garabaud is both a hotel and a local lunch spot. The hotel, already noted for it's great service, has had a complete makeover of the hotel and conference space. It is definitely at the top of the range for a two star hotel and delivers value for money. The hotel is located just outside Mazères (walking distance) between town and the bird sanctuary among trees and fields with a view of the mountains. It offers a swimming pool, tennis courts, bikes, and all kind of sports equipment. If you have your own bike, there is bike storage. The Garabaud is also surrounded by walking/biking trails. The hotel is handicap accessible. Rooms are singles, doubles, doubles with a mezzanine and 4-person family style. The hotel restaurant offers a wonderful three course lunch Monday through Friday for 13 euros or 11 euros for two courses. The Garabaud staff are warm, informative and helpful. I highly recommend the place!
