- The "Ressources & Vous" space opened its doors in July 2024. Its aquatic area offers a unique sensory experience with 3 thermal water pools, a tepidarium, saunas, a snow sky, an ice wall, sensory showers and the Vaporarium (natural hammam in a cave).
  
  Practical information:
  - Hours: 1 p.m. to 8 p.m.
  - Space accessible from 4 years old (on presentation of proof).
  - Evacuation of pools 15 minutes before closing time
  - Last access to the establishment will be at 5:45 p.m.
  - Bathrobes and towels are not provided.
  - Flip-flops recommended.
  - Only 1 or 2-piece swimsuits are permitted for women and swim briefs or elastane boxers for men.
  - It is recommended to remove your jewelry
  Prices start at €20 for 2 hours on weekdays.

TRÈS DÉÇUE !!!!!! Les espaces sont très agréables MAIS c’est honteux de faire payer un surplus car on a dépassé le temps de 10min car on devait se doucher et se changer !!!! On paye bien assez cher pour 2h et on peut même pas profiter des bains le temps complet en gros on paye également pour se changer et se sécher les cheveux !!!! Nos yeux doivent toujours être en direction de l’horloge !!!! Le personnel pourrait aussi être plus agréable et compréhensif au vu dans léger dépassement car on se changer. LA DIRECTION DOIT VRAIMENT MODIFIER CERTAINS PARAMÈTRES !!!

Super, très agréable les espaces sont grand il y a de la place pour tous le monde . La vue sur le toi est à tomber par terre !

I waited on hold for over 20 minutes before being connected to anyone at the Luchon Thermal Baths. During that time, I was subjected to a veritable sonic assault: excessively loud and shrill music, punctuated by rapidly recorded messages, to the point of being almost incomprehensible. It is frankly disconcerting that an establishment dedicated to relaxation and well-being would subject its callers to such a stressful and jarring experience. It was the complete opposite of the tranquility one would expect. One can legitimately wonder whether customer service has been outsourced to an organization completely disconnected from the very concept of well-being, or whether the entire system is run by automated systems devoid of any human sensitivity. I finally hung up feeling significantly more stressed than when I dialed the number — which, for a spa establishment, is almost an achievement.
