Every Friday evening, starting at 7:30 p.m., the La Cave d'Occitanie guinguette in Pechbonnieu, affectionately known as "Un Air de Lilian," transforms into a veritable open-air dance floor, where concerts bring together young and old to sing and dance. Until the end of October, the guinguette hosts a program of concerts featuring a variety of musical styles.

• July 4: Vadilia, female samba trio
• July 11: Kelema Candice, singer, pianist and composer of Afro-Latino, electro and R&B music
• July 18: Convoitise, a sensual and electric pop rock group
• September 5: Trafiko, a group that mixes Latin rock, hip-hop, cumbia and reggae
• September 12: The Shazzams, a band that fuses pop, rock and punk for a powerful concert
• September 19: Frédéric Locci, former bassist of the group Images, famous for "Les Démons de minuit", plays soul, pop and funk music
• September 26: Shoeshiners, a trio of elegant rock and stripped-down R&B, formed by the tireless Serge Fabre
• October 3: Anthrope, a quartet of long-time friends combining blues and rock in their French compositions
• October 10: Worth the Wait, melodic punk rock band with folk punk duo Unluckid as opening act
• October 17: La Bedoune, a blues duo awarded in 2025, who invite you to (re)discover their four albums in concert
• October 24: Bernard Sellam and the Lucky Bastard, a blues trio with swing and rock'n'roll accents, led by its singer with 35 years of international touring experience

Once a month, La Cave d'Occitanie pushes out the tables, uncorks beautiful bottles of hand-picked craft beers, wines, or spirits, and welcomes you right at home for a tasting workshop where good taste meets good humor. At our place in Pechbonnieu, overly technical discussions are put aside! What really makes our tasting workshops magical is their down-to-earth spirit: friendly moments that are perfect excuses to get together, learn in all simplicity, and above all, take the time to explore, describe, and appreciate each flavor.

And that's not all! La Cave d'Occitanie's tasting workshops sometimes take on a new dimension thanks to original themes centered around pairings. Last March, we organized a session dedicated to beer and chocolate pairings, in partnership with the artisan chocolatier Cacao Fages in Toulouse.

Generous platters of charcuterie and cheese accompany the bottles showcased during the tasting sessions. These sharing plates, rich in flavors and textures, fuel conversation around the table.
