Let yourself go to some sensations in the wild sections and the few rapids, before raising the paddles after 10 km of descent. The adventure route of the Valcabrère nautical base is very natural and takes you to the heart of the mountain with unforgettable landscapes. Without any traffic, with only the sound of the Garonne and the birds, navigate on transparent water for a peaceful escape.

Accessible to everyone from 9 years old, the walks on the Garonne can be done alone or in pairs, by canoe or kayak. Groups are welcome with a maximum of 16 people per guide, a guided tour with a qualified instructor to discover the charming villages and beaches where you can take a lunch break. Waterproof containers are lent to you to take a picnic and sunscreen safely. Put on your vest, you'll love it. Open from June to September on weekends and by reservation, the nautical bases welcome you 7 days a week in summer and offer you something to refresh yourself on your arrival.
