Depending on the route chosen, a shuttle will drop you off at the starting point or bring you back to the associated water sports center. The leisurely route starting from Mauzac offers a fun and sporty paddle to discover the flora and fauna of the Garonne River. Enjoy a few thrills in the wilder sections and the occasional rapids before paddling out after a 10 km descent. The adventure route from the Valcabrère water sports center is a truly natural experience, taking you into the heart of the mountains with unforgettable scenery. With no traffic, only the sounds of the Garonne and birdsong, navigate on crystal-clear water for a peaceful escape.

Accessible to everyone from age 9 and up, trips on the Garonne River can be enjoyed solo or in pairs, by canoe or kayak. Groups are welcome, with a maximum of 16 people per guide. A guided tour with a qualified instructor will help you discover charming villages and beaches perfect for a lunch break. Waterproof containers are provided so you can safely carry your picnic and sunscreen. Put on your life jacket, you'll love it ! Open from June to September on weekends and by reservation, the water sports centers welcome you 7 days a week during the summer and offer refreshments upon arrival. Organic and local products, beers, apple juice, charcuterie, crêpes, or ice cream —take a well-deserved break in a high-quality snack bar with a menu that varies depending on the location. Mark your calendars, because starting in September, you can book after-work drinks and enjoy an aperitif on the water ! There are great times to be shared with the Paddles!
