  They rushed us in because it was 5:45 pm. The receptionist with the short hair was incredibly demanding (the other staff were very helpful). Since we didn't have the required swimsuit, we had to get one from the machine, which wasn't working properly and charged us an extra €4 (which they didn't refund), so we didn't get in until almost 6 pm. Inside, we were fine, although the water temperature was a bit low. When it was time to leave (according to the website and the entrance sign, it's at 7:45 pm, with the center closing at 8 pm), we went to the lockers without any problem. Once inside the changing room, we heard shouts that they were closing (it was 7:50 pm). We thought it was for other people, but then we realized it wasn't. The same employee (a short-haired lady) started yelling that we had to leave NOW (7:54 pm) because it was closing. Very rude and unpleasant. The good thing was that we were practically alone. The bad thing was the employee's rudeness, the water temperature, and the fact that the spa has three floors, so you have to keep going up and down the stairs.

  Enclosed areas, the water could be a bit warmer, the staff were acceptable except for one receptionist who was very rude and kicked us out even though it wasn't exactly closing time, disappointing among other things
