  Very clean, lots of different baths/showers/other things (including the only natural "hammam" in Europe!), a breathtaking view The only downside: it's a bit expensive for 2 hours

  Very disappointed. No clear information at reception from the ladies at reception on the billing of additional minutes after the 2 hours of access. Result: €23 extra for a family of 5 (in addition to the amount already paid of €65), simply for having gone over by a few minutes. If we had known, we would have left on time in our swimsuits and changed in front of the counter! Abusive practice and total lack of commercial sense. Too bad, it spoils the experience. The price is discreetly displayed on the counter, if only the staff were trained not to communicate this kind of information! You leave with the feeling of having been robbed, such a shame! Above all, run away!

  I'm disappointed by the reception at the spa and the administrative handling of spa guests. I have to come twice for admission. I can't get any information, so I'm referring the matter to the spa doctor.
