In a warm room and a private patio, Jobastre welcomes you from Tuesday to Saturday in the heart of Toulouse with friendly, local cuisine.

Gourmet cuisine and seasonal products

In the kitchen, Jeremy has one motto: indulgence. He likes to marinate, smoke, preserve, ... take the time to enhance food! Always looking for new ideas, he changes his menu and tests new flavor combinations to best adapt to seasonal products . At lunchtime, discover a daily special with starter, main course and dessert for €20, or let yourself be tempted by the à la carte dishes. In the evening, at Jobastre we share gourmet dishes and good bottles, like an aperitif with friends!

Wine and friends

In the dining room, Alex likes to share a friendly moment with you. More than serving you, she likes to take time with each person to better advise you, on the dishes or the best wine pairing! And yes, at Jobastre you will discover a beautiful selection of organic and biodynamic French wines, by the glass or by the bottle, which vary to best adapt to the menu.

Work locally

We pay particular attention to the origin of our products and make a point of working with suppliers as close as possible to us and local artisans ! The bread comes from Maison Janin and the cheese from Fromagerie Verlac, both on Place Arnaud Bernard, French artisanal and organic drinks, ducks from the South West, beef from Béarn, gin from Dordogne , French wines, ... you will have understood, at Jobastre we eat local!
