    • The Maison des Consuls, a charming and characterful hotel, has a bar called “Les Raisins de Pyrène”.

      Its particularity is to make you discover the wines of the Pyrenean Piedmont: from the IROULÉGUY of the BASQUE COUNTRY, to the very sunny wines of Collioure, passing by the diversity offered by the JURANÇON, MADIRAN, CÔTES DE GASCOGNE, VIN d'ARIÈGE, MALEPÈRE, CORBIÈRES and CÔTES DU ROUSSILLON, unearthed from small producers in love with their terroir.

      The originality of this selection goes well with a variety of regional product platters (cold meats, foie gras, cheeses, etc.).

      Beer lovers will not be left out with more than 25 references.

      In addition to the hotel bar and its rustic and warm setting, in summer its sunny terrace, under the gaze of medieval sculptures, offers a wide choice of hot and cold drinks in all seasons.

    Superb hotel in a historic building, very well located. Friendly and welcoming staff, room with a view of the central square and its arcades.

    We stayed there in May 2026 as a family and everything was perfect. A very warm welcome, a beautiful and very comfortable room, and a delicious breakfast. The historical sites are obviously full of charm, and the location in the heart of Mirepoix is ​​ideal. We arrived by bicycle and were able to park them in a secure area. I highly recommend it!
