Les Échappées Belles, 3 charming cottages created in a former stable near Luchon

Marie and Fabien embarked on a daring challenge : to build from scratch, in just 10 months, three self-catering cottages, two guest rooms, and a large common room in a former 19th-century stable located five minutes from Bagnères-de-Luchon. They succeeded, opening this haven of peace in August 2024, a perfect blend of authenticity and modernity. Particular attention was paid to the décor, a subtle mix of restored antique furniture and contemporary pieces. A true breath of fresh air and complete comfort at the foot of the Pyrenees, just steps from all amenities.

The first cottage, " L'Ostau, " can accommodate 8 people. Its generous 124 m² of living space includes a superb, bright 61 m² living room, 4 double bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms. The second cottage, " Eth Refugi, " measuring 70 m², can accommodate 4 people and has 2 double bedrooms and 2 en-suite bathrooms. The third cottage, " Eth Chalèt, " measuring 76 m², can accommodate 4 people and has 2 double bedrooms and 1 bathroom.

All rooms boast beautiful mountain views, high-quality bedding, and luxurious linens and towels. In short, everything you need for a relaxing mountain getaway. Each cottage has a fully equipped kitchen, just like home (and even better!).

To complement these intimate apartments, Marie and Fabien wanted to offer a large common room, an ideal place for sharing and conviviality. This room is freely accessible to all guests and offers: a large, cozy living room with a giant screen and Netflix, a pellet stove for winter evenings, two large solid wood tables that can seat up to 20 people, a foosball table, board games, a library, darts, karaoke … In short, the promise of successful days and evenings, whatever the weather outside!

You have the option to privatize the entire venue, adding, if needed, 4 extra beds with the 2 superb guest rooms of 30 m² each, located on the ground floor, one of which is accessible for people with reduced mobility.

Mountain lovers and passionate about sports above all else, Marie and Fabien created Les Échappées Belles to perfectly welcome all athletes, regardless of their level or activity. Looking for nature, escape, and outdoor experiences just 5 minutes from Luchon ? You've found the place!

To make your stay a success, Marie and Fabien have created 2 secure bike shelters in their enclosed courtyard, an in-ground swimming pool, a large 90 m² terrace, a bike workshop for independent maintenance and repair, and, the highlight of the show: an outdoor sauna for 2 to 3 people, for moments of ultimate relaxation.
