Les Échappées Belles, 3 charming gîtes created in an old stable near Luchon

Marie and Fabien set themselves a crazy challenge: to build from scratch and in 10 months, 3 gîtes, 2 guest rooms and a large common room, in a former 19th century stable located 5 minutes from Bagnères-de-Luchon. Challenge met since in August 2024 they opened this haven of peace, halfway between authenticity and modernity. Particular care was taken in the decoration, a subtle mix of renovated old furniture and new items in the air of time. A real breath of fresh air with all the comforts at the foot of the Pyrenees and a stone's throw from all amenities.

The first gîte " L'Ostau " can accommodate 8 people. Its beautiful surface area of 124 m² offers a superb living room of 61 m² bright, 4 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The second gîte " Eth Refugi " of 70 m² can accommodate 4 people and has 2 double bedrooms and 2 private bathrooms. The third gîte " Eth Chalèt " of 76 m² can accommodate 4 people and has 2 double bedrooms and 1 bathroom.

All rooms have a beautiful mountain view, high-end bedding, bed linen and very comfortable towels. In short, everything you need for a relaxing stay in the mountains. Each cottage has a fully equipped kitchen, just like at home (and even better!).

To complete these intimate apartments, Marie and Fabien wanted to offer a large common room, an ideal place for sharing and conviviality. This is freely accessible to all travelers and offers you: a large cozy living room with giant screen and Netflix, a pellet stove for winter evenings, two large solid wood tables that can accommodate up to 20 guests, table football, board games, a library, darts, karaoke ... In short, the promise of successful days and evenings, whatever the weather outside!

You have the possibility of completely privatizing the place, adding, if necessary, 4 additional beds with the 2 superb guest rooms of 30 m² each, located on the ground floor, one of which is accessible to people with reduced mobility.

Mountain lovers and sports enthusiasts above all, Marie and Fabien have designed Les Échappées Belles to perfectly accommodate all sportsmen and women, whatever their level or practice. Looking for nature, escape and outdoor experiences 5 minutes from Luchon? You have found your address!

To make your stay a success , Marie and Fabien have created 2 secure bicycle shelters in their enclosed courtyard, an in-ground swimming pool, a large 90 m² terrace, a bicycle workshop for independent maintenance and repair, as well as, the highlight of the show: an outdoor sauna for 2 to 3 people, for moments of ultimate relaxation.
