  · Great location, free parking, great views of the mountains. The apartment we had was across the road from the main hotel building. The staff were helpful at check-in, but we didn't need to speak to them until check-out.Some better equipment in the kitchen would have been nice, and there was only a hob and microwave, no oven or grill. Overall a nice place in a great location.

  The apartment was dirty and the service was not friendly at all. In the website stated that they have wifi. Although, they only have Internet in the reception. They give one user by apartment even if you are 6 and the reception is most of the time closed. So, you can't use it. They charged a lot of money for the blankets and the towers. It is cheaper to buy them in a shop that rent them.

  We have been several years renting an apartment in Les Jardins de Balnea. Although, it is the last time that we will go. The apartment are quite new and well located. Although, The apartment was dirty and the service was not friendly. When we did the check out they mistreated us and they were forcing us to clean the dust under the beds that it was there for months.
