With 20 years of experience in cheese making, I created L'Atelier du Fromager in 2016.
I offer according to the seasons, cheeses, cream, butter, yogurts, products selected for their qualities of artisanal manufacture, from passionate producers, who work through their work to showcase their know-how and their terroir.
Local, regional, national and international products, more than 150 references make up our showcase.
L'Atelier du Fromager is a local store, located in the cobbled coast district, in Toulouse . The welcome, advice and conviviality around cheese are for me a daily motivation, a quest that has been refined during my 20 years of cheese history.
Solo, duo, with friends, for a family meal or an event, I compose my cheese boards for you.
