Blue Mouse Cheese Factory Fromageries in Tarbes

Our La Souris Bleue Crèmerie cheese dairy is located in the Hautes-Pyrénées, in the heart of the city of Tarbes in the Avenue Brauhauban a few steps away des Halles Brauhauban.

We embarked on this adventure almost two years ago, looking for an opportunity to be a couple in the city as in the country. True enthusiasts, you will find a beautiful display of French cheeses, of local origin for some, farm and raw milk for the most part.

We will also make you taste our selection of foreign cheeses, a whole variety of yogurts, fromage blanc and faisselles, butter, cream, eggs that we have carefully selected.

In the store you will also find a small delicatessen and soon a selection of wines and beers… At La Souris Bleue there is something for everyone !!!

We are committed to awakening your senses and your curiosity by sharing our gourmet cheeses with you.
