A small group caseology workshop

For two hours, in a small group of no more than 12 people, you'll be introduced to the art of cheesemaking : recognizing cheese families, tasting five carefully selected exceptional products, pairing local food and wines, sensory games, and even a blind tasting. The goal is simple: to leave with a true connoisseur's eye, without ever feeling intimidated, whether you're a novice or already a cheese lover.

A souvenir to take home
