Fromagerie Emilie Cheese in Toulouse

Daughter of traders and more particularly cheese makers, trade and cheese are an integral part of my life. Indeed, at only 26 years old, I have spent most of my little life behind a counter since my parents have been cheese makers for 30 years at the Marché Des Carmes. Cheese is my second family ! The market my second home !

This is how I decided to devote my professional life to my passion: after a general course in business school (where I became bilingual), I improved my skills in a specialized Parisian school, alternating with Maison Jeannot in Colomiers. Following this enriching experience, I returned to Toulouse where I worked in several cheese factories before taking over from Ms. Beteille who was kind enough to accompany me and to place her trust in me.

Please note that you can meet me from Tuesday to Sunday from 7:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. on weekdays and until 1:30 p.m. on weekends. Accompanied by Vincent my companion (passionate about wine and gastronomy who does not hesitate to get involved), we are here to help, advise you and assist you in choosing your cheeses.

I suggest you join me in the city's emblematic covered market, the Victor Hugo market, for an initiatory journey into the heart of cheese. A gourmet walk of about twenty minutes around 5/6 cheese bites that will take you on a journey through Occitania. To make sure everything goes as well as possible, I will tell you many anecdotes, stories and tips about these exceptional dishes.

For organizational reasons it is necessary to reserve your place as soon as possible via this link. The price of this walk is 10€ per person and includes cheese and bread.
