The quality of the products we serve has always been at the center of our concerns. This is why we make it a point of honor to promote the development of local products. For this, we have been working for many years with local companies rooted in the tradition of the gastronomic riches of our region.
For several generations, all our meats and charcuterie have come from the Sabathié charcuterie in Barèges, our trout comes from the aguacole farm “la truite des Pyrénées” in Lau Balagnas and our fruits and vegetables from Dupouy in Luz St Sauveur.
We obviously favor "homemade" whenever possible.

The bar

The bar at the Hôtel du Cirque et de la Cascade is open every day from May to October (opening date subject to snow conditions) from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
We serve drinks, sundaes, pastries and pancakes.

Brewery

The Hôtel du Cirque et de la Cascade brasserie is open from May to October (opening date subject to snow conditions) from noon to 2:30 p.m. without reservation.
You will have lunch facing the great waterfall, on a magnificent shaded terrace.
We serve traditional brasserie cuisine made exclusively from local products.

The restaurant is open in the evening and is exclusively reserved for customers staying at the hotel in order to preserve the tranquility and unique experience of our guests.
The calm of the restaurant in the evening offers a privileged contrast with the crowds of the day.

Our chef and his team offer a "tasting" menu to allow our guests to discover or rediscover the richness of our culinary heritage.

Takeaway: Chez Moussu

“Chez Moussu” is our takeaway point of sale.
Open in July and August, every day, from noon to 6 p.m.
You will find sandwiches (exclusively topped with products from the Sabathié charcuterie in Barège), drinks and ice cream to take away so you can treat yourself to a gourmet break in the circus and enjoy the immensity of nature.
