  We had a wonderful weekend at Le Berceau de la Source. A beautifully decorated, very well-equipped, and extremely pleasant hotel and spa. The welcome was exceptional: the staff were incredibly attentive, kind, and wonderfully gentle. Daily access to the spa is a true luxury, and what a spa it is! A veritable haven of peace. We will definitely try the treatments on our next visit. We felt completely at home from beginning to end. We will return without hesitation. Thank you to the entire team for this superb experience.

  We spent one night as a couple at Le Berceau de la Source, with breakfast included, and overall the experience was very pleasant. The hotel is beautiful, quiet, very well maintained, and truly charming. The spa, hammam, and the entire wellness area are of high quality: clean, soothing, and perfectly suited for a relaxing moment for two. The breakfast was also very good. We were lucky to have very few guests: upon arrival, there were only four of us in the hotel, and the next morning at breakfast, it was just the two of us. However, we were disappointed by the scheduling, especially for a hotel focused on wellness. Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and the spa is open until 7:30 PM, which already limits the time available on the day of arrival. The next day, the spa opens at 9:30 a.m., but breakfast is served at 9:00 a.m. and check-out is before 11:00 a.m. In practice, we had breakfast between 9:30 a.m. and about 10:10 a.m., then we had to pack our bags and check out of our room. As a result, we simply couldn't enjoy the spa in the morning, even though the hotel was practically empty. This was quite frustrating and left us feeling disappointed, especially since the spa is an integral part of the experience. That said, despite this disappointment, we had a wonderful time. The hotel remains very pleasant, relaxing, and perfectly suited for a couple's getaway. We would be delighted to return soon, hoping for a slightly more flexible schedule so we can fully enjoy the experience.

  We spent two nights at Le Berceau de la Source in Bagnères-de-Bigorre and the experience was excellent from beginning to end. The setting is superb and truly invites relaxation. The staff is particularly welcoming, warm, and very responsive. The spa is magnificent and very peaceful. Unfortunately, the sauna wasn't working during our stay, but this was beyond their control. We took advantage of the offer including ski passes, a very convenient option and, above all, significantly better value than the usual rates. A wonderful discovery that we highly recommend!
