We had a wonderful stay at Le Berceau de la Source. The hotel is pleasant, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the setting is perfect for relaxation. However, several small things left us puzzled. Upon arrival, we noticed that guests who arrived after us were given a hotel presentation, while we weren't. The same was true at the spa, where some visitors were given a tour of the facilities. We simply followed suit, finding ourselves in the same place at the same time; otherwise, we probably wouldn't have received any explanation. This is a shame, as it gives the impression of a lack of consistency in the welcome. I would like to emphasize, however, that the young man who led the presentation was very friendly and professional. Another point that surprised us: the tea provided at the spa was a store brand, which seems a bit out of step with the expected standard of a 4-star hotel, especially when the rooms offer higher-quality beverages. Finally, at check-out time, we would have appreciated a few moments with the reception staff to share our impressions or ask a few questions. Unfortunately, we got the impression that they were simply trying to get us through our departure without asking if we had enjoyed our stay. It's a small gesture that is part of the overall customer experience and leaves a better final impression. Despite these minor reservations, we had a pleasant stay and enjoyed the hotel. With a more consistent welcome and a little more attention paid to guest follow-up, the experience would have been even better.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel & spa. The facilities were amazing and the spa was modern with full of amenities. The hotel employee Sandrine was very kind and accommodating for us as we arrived a later than expected, and she was such a help. We will be back!
