Au Pays des Traces A group immersion in Ariège

The Resourceful Ones' Den: group accommodation in Saint-Lizier, in the Couserans region

Located in the heart of the Au Pays des Traces theme park, in Saint-Lizier, in the Couserans region, the Tanière des Débrouillards is a group accommodation and reception center in Ariège designed primarily to accommodate groups of children, young people, school groups or leisure centers … and even children under 6!

With a capacity of approximately 40 beds, spread over two levels in dormitories of 8 bunk beds, each floor is equipped with independent toilets and showers, a kitchen, and a dining room with a fireplace on the ground floor. This configuration allows for autonomous and flexible operation according to the needs of groups.

Educational and adaptable accommodation in a natural and responsible setting

The dining rooms are truly multi-purpose spaces : they can be used for meals, but also for group meetings, screenings, or educational activities. The walls, partially painted as blackboards, offer numerous communication spaces to liven up your days.

Designed with eco-responsibility in mind, the "Tanière des Débrouillards" (Resourceful People's Den) incorporates a green roof, solar panels for water heating, and toilets supplied by rainwater harvesting. This environmentally friendly approach is consistent with the park's philosophy.

Breakfast is served with local products : homemade jams, honey, dried fruit, and apple juice from the Pays des Traces region. Groups can cook independently or use a local caterer.

Extend your experience in the Land of Traces with on-site accommodation

The "Tanière des Débrouillards" (Inventors' Den) allows you to extend the activities offered in the park for a tailor-made stay. The educational approach remains true to the world of ichnology – the science of tracks and imprints – for an educational and immersive stay in nature.

Whether you are a school, a leisure center, or a group of children on holiday, you can book accommodation alone or in addition to activities. The team is available to create a customized program and provide a quote tailored to your needs.
