  The view from the outside is magnificent. I've been coming here for four years, but this year I was very disappointed with the massages. The massage was supposed to last 30 minutes, but I only got 20 minutes for €52, and it was terrible! The place is becoming less appealing. However, the staff at reception were very pleasant. I'm still waiting for a response!

  We have been coming here for several years and until now, everything has always been impeccable. That's precisely why our visit in January 2026 was so disappointing. The restaurant was far below the quality we've come to expect. The dishes seemed to have been prepared and presented hastily: – the starter was far too cold – the main course was coarse, with large pieces, and poorly presented – there was no finesse or care, unlike what Balnéa has always offered us The overall condition of the spa also disappointed us. The Japanese baths, in particular, appeared poorly maintained: – broken or loose tiles – visible deposits and a lack of cleanliness – peeling paint in and around the pools Furthermore, the roof was completely surrounded by scaffolding, and noisy work was taking place during opening hours: hammering, running compressors, and workers moving around on the roof carrying out repairs. We fully understand that maintenance work is necessary, but is it really appropriate to carry it out during opening hours, between 2 pm and 7:30 pm? This raises serious questions about the visitor experience. In short: a clear lack of maintenance, significant disruption, and a marked decline in quality. This is not the image we have of Balnéa—and it is precisely for this reason that we hope these comments will be taken seriously. ⭐️⭐️ (based on many years of experience, but this visit was clearly below the usual standard)

  It's very pleasant, but be aware of peak times. On the other hand, it's a shame the outdoor pool temperatures have dropped... they're now below 36°C; it was better before.
