  Located in Lézignan, less than 10 minutes from Lourdes and 30 minutes from Tarbes, it is with pleasure and generosity that Christophe welcomes you to his table d'hôte in the heart of the mountains. The cuisine and dishes are sought after, made from fresh, local and seasonal products.
  Sit in a warm and carefully decorated room to enjoy your dinner with a splendid view of the mountains. Formerly starred, Christophe knows how to delight your taste buds with a 3 or 4 course menu, accompanied by a quality wine. Thanks to his open kitchen, his desire for proximity and conviviality is fulfilled in front of customers enchanted by his delicate and fragrant recipes.
  Reservations are recommended as places are limited. Only a dozen people are privileged each evening to taste its delicious culinary creations. Do you want to extend the evening? Book one of the 4 guest rooms of the property for a night in a haven of peace.

Very pleasantly surprised by this great gourmet restaurant in the heart of Lézignan, the Chef introduced us to a blend of exceptional flavors. We had a great time. We highly recommend it.

An exceptional moment! A rare, warm address where you almost feel like part of the family. Christophe, a Michelin-starred chef, deeply human and authentic, shares his passion with you with simplicity and enthusiasm. Delicious local products, enhanced with the seasons. Subtle and delicious combinations. It's all there. We'll definitely be back!

We had the pleasure of dining there last night with friends, and what a wonderful discovery! The place is truly worth the detour. The concept is unique, the cuisine is incredible, and the flavors are as original as they are intense—and I choose my words carefully. You can feel the chef's passion in every detail. From the atmosphere to the food and the quality of the service, everything was impeccable. In short, an unforgettable and exceptional evening. Excellent value for money.
