  Suite aux vidéos de kyria, j'ai voulu m'y rendre et je n'ai pas été déçue. Le lieu est d'une simplicité incroyable, comme sur les vidéos. On se sent de suite comme chez nous, le personnel, le feu de bois tout y est pour qu'on y soit bien. La cuisine est merveilleuse très élaborée avec des produits tous simples mais rares car naturels !! Dans cette cuisine on ressent l'amour de la terre, le respect des personnes, trop difficile à décrire. Allez-y ! Il est impossible d'être déçu ! Nous avons fait 350km pour y aller, (700A/R), et il nous tarde juste d'y revenir ! Merci à toute l'équipe c'était fabuleux

  Excellent meal in the "Tasting" style. Ariège wine (!) and very pleasant cocktails. The presentation of the dishes was refined and original, featuring local, seasonal produce. Simple and welcoming atmosphere. We traveled quite a distance from the Tarn region, but we were delighted with this discovery! Thank you!

  The meal was enjoyed in a friendly atmosphere; the only downside was the lack of heating at the table. We had to wear our jackets while eating, and the service was too rushed. The starter arrived just as our aperitif was being brought out, and the starter itself was barely lukewarm. A shame, but otherwise, the quality of the meal was excellent.
