We will stop at Saint Gaudens, capital of Comminges to visit the collegiate church of Saint-Pierre and Saint-Gaudens, dedicated to the young martyr beheaded in 475 because of his faith. The building dates back to medieval times, remodeled in the 19th century, with its square bell tower in the Romanesque style, its cloister inside which you can admire magnificent capitals from the 12th century and its portal in the flamboyant Gothic style.
