Unfortunately, I would have liked to give it a higher rating, but given the negative experience I had, I can't. I'll explain in detail so you understand. I wanted to spend a relaxing weekend alone, which is why I went to the thermal baths. I bought a 5-hour pass and booked a full spa treatment: scrub, mud bath, and a 50-minute massage (the time was confirmed by the manager), for a total of 80 minutes of treatment at €125, paid in advance. When I arrived at the spa, they told me I was being given a "hydration" treatment, which I hadn't booked. I explained this to the staff, and they told me that the "scrub, mud bath, massage" treatment wasn't possible with a 50-minute massage (I had emphasized this point), adding, "But you understand that we can't do all that in 1 hour and 15 minutes!" (I wanted to remind her that 80 minutes = 1 hour 20 minutes), I told her I didn't know that, that I wasn't the one who created the treatment menu. To that, they told me they would give me a "deep massage" with a scrub to compensate and get closer to the service I had booked. At no point were I offered other treatments, nor was I shown the treatment menu to see if I wanted something else. Furthermore, it wasn't my fault; they hadn't managed their schedule, and I ended up paying the price. In short, the scrub wasn't a proper service; I had to finish it myself. She just applied the salt and told me I'd have to rinse it off! I told the masseuse I wasn't satisfied with the situation, and after that, I got a very unpleasant reaction. I ended up with a 60-minute treatment when I paid for 80 minutes. In short, when it was over, I went back to reception to complain, and the "little boss," named Océane, approached me with a smug, condescending air. She started sighing, raising her voice, and rolling her eyes. My only fault was paying for a treatment and complaining because I didn't get what I asked for! Then the manager came to speak with me. I must admit, this woman was very charming; I genuinely felt she was sorry for the situation. She offered me samples, not knowing how to rectify it. I'm giving it 3 stars because, despite everything, I loved the spa area. The vaporarium is a unique, relaxing, and breathtaking place. I found the staff quite welcoming (except for the gentleman at reception who supported his colleague's haughty behavior). There are many areas, several baths, and it's clean and well-decorated. I loved the thermal area. I will definitely go back.

The buildings are outdated. The water isn't very warm. The air is too cold; we were chilly between changing pools. The layout is very clinical. There's nothing sexy about this experience… the jets turn off regularly and frequently. Some warm lighting and soft background music would be nice. Nevertheless, the staff is welcoming; the locker and wristband system is well-designed.

We were quite surprised by the visit; we had read many bad reviews and came with some trepidation. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is that the 2-hour time starts right before you enter the changing room, so the time you spend showering, changing, and drying off counts as part of the 2 hours. Also, the grotto floor is a bit dirty, I suppose due to the humidity, although better maintenance would be appreciated. Important: men should wear swim trunks, not beach swimwear.
