  Don't you dare expect service. A 4* product without a doubt, but the product isn't everything………. Don't you dare request a transfer from the train station to the hotel (late arrival), with the expectation that a 4* establishment is able to organize this service, especially if you made your reservation through booking.com, which, as the manager put it, is a service provider. You must take the time to respond to the emails that the said provider sends you, or contact the establishment directly. Don't you dare try to pay for your stay in cash. According to the house rules, this is not possible. The person in charge of night reception has no leeway and cannot exercise any sense of discernment. They are required to demand payment by credit card in advance, or if you persist in paying in cash, you will have to pay more than twice the price of the night. The reason is that you will empty the minibar and damage the furniture. Furthermore, if you comply with this rule, you will never have any guarantee from the employee that the overcharge will be refunded to you. Don't you dare write your dissatisfaction clearly in the establishment's "guestbook," your comment will simply be erased from a blank page stuck on top. In short, it's inconceivable for the managers that anyone could say anything other than good things... Don't you dare try to explain your position as a customer; the manager will have taken the trouble to print out your reservation form and highlight with marker all the points that protect her and ultimately make you wrong because... YOU MUST READ IT!!!! The icing on the cake is that when you pay, they forget to give you the invoice... What should we think of this? This establishment enjoys a prime location in the city center, offers a truly 4-star product, yet, in a strong position as the only one on the square and having been, according to the staff, the victim of significant indiscretions from its customers, it applies a drastic anti-commercial policy. To summarize, the motto of "LeRexHotel" is: "Check out according to the house rules and everything will go smoothly for you." A word to the wise.

  Following a car breakdown, we arrived in Tarbes by chance. Also, almost by chance, at the Rex (the repairman had told us it was the most beautiful hotel). Well, it is by far the most beautiful hotel. But what's more, Perfect room (size, bedding, soundproofing) Top-notch welcome Modern and unique designer decor. Very reasonable prices This is the place to stay in Tarbes.
