This verse by Edmond ROSTAND could be applied to this beautiful house known as the Consuls' house with its enigmatic carved wood, standing in the heart of the medieval square of MIREPOIX.
Today, the spirit in which it was restored as a hotel, to welcome travelers, both in its wine bar and in its rooms, finds its expression engraved on the entrance door: "There is no ethics without aesthetics, nor aesthetics without ethics."
You will find charm and serenity in its rooms with their unique character, each referring to a character from the city's history.
Originally designed to showcase antique furniture and design touches, four of these rooms offer a breathtaking view of the 13th century .
On the top floor, the attic spaces open onto a private terrace, opening onto the roofs of the neighboring houses and the horizon of the surrounding hills, a privilege for guests who choose the "Intemporelle" room, the ideal place to forget time and live in the moment.
