Today, the spirit in which it was restored as a hotel, to welcome travelers, both in its wine bar and in its rooms, finds its expression engraved on the front door: "There is no ethics without aesthetics, nor aesthetics without ethics."

You will find charm and serenity in its uniquely themed rooms, each referencing a figure from the city's history.

Originally arranged to showcase antique furniture and design touches, four of these rooms offer a breathtaking view "of the 13th century".
