We had a wonderful 2-night stay. The room was spotless, the location was superb, and the breakfast was fantastic 👌 very well-stocked and plentiful, with very welcoming and friendly staff. The hotel's location in relation to the town is ideal, just steps from shops, the thermal baths, and the cable car to Super-Bagneres. The pool, jacuzzi, and fitness equipment are great (just one small drawback: the sauna wasn't very hot!). We'll be back.

We had breakfast at Castel d’Alti, and it was literally a high-quality all-you-can-eat buffet! The dining room was lovely. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind! They took the time to tell us about some beautiful and accessible hikes! Thank you to the team!

We were just passing through and stayed one night. The welcome was excellent, the room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The hotel is well-located and offers many amenities. The breakfast was plentiful, and the lady who greeted us was very friendly and efficient. We will definitely return.
