The hotel is excellently located, with easy parking. The establishment is pleasant, bright, and clean. The staff is very friendly, smiling, attentive, and responsive. We spent one night in a prestige room: a very nice room with a very large bathroom... unfortunately, the heating was faulty. The towel warmer worked very slowly, and the room remained cold, which was very unpleasant at this time of year. Breakfast was offered as compensation, but it didn't make up for the rushed shower. Breakfast was good, but the same as, or even inferior to, that of a Campanile hotel (fruit is nice, but ripe fruit is much better). It was noisy at the end of the night with the outside garbage collection and other local deliveries.

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end au sein de cet établissement. La literie était confortable et la salle de bain était d'une taille parfaite. La formule petit-déjeuner était variée et de bonne qualité. Le calme de l'établissement était vraiment appréciable. Je recommande cet hôtel au prix raisonnable.

A very well renovated hotel, a restaurant with a new chef who makes good dishes, a heated indoor pool, quiet location in the heart of the Luchon resort, and a convenient parking area.
