Welcome to the municipal campsite of ARREAU** - Hautes-Pyrénées
The ARREAU municipal campsite ** welcomes you to a quiet and shaded site, on the banks of the NESTE d'AURE river, at the foot of the town center offering all shops and services including a local produce MARKET on THURSDAY MORNINGS on the TOWN HALL square.
The municipal campsite of ARREAU ** is located at the confluence of the valleys of AURE, LOURON and NESTES, at the foot of the famous passes of ASPIN and PEYRESOURDE, in a village labeled LAND of ART and HISTORY. 11 km from SAINT-LARY-SOULAN and 15 km from LOUDENVIELLE.
It is located at an altitude of 700m, on a 1.5 hectare site, with 79 partially shaded pitches and an "unsupervised" outdoor swimming pool.
The ARREAU** municipal campsite is the ideal starting point for those who love cycling or beautiful hiking, particularly in the heart of the Pyrenees National Park or the Néouvielle Reserve. Easy access to Spain and Aragon via the Aragnouet-Bielsa tunnel will allow you to discover the beautiful Spanish side and its fantastic canyons.The campsite is closed for 2 months (from October 15 to December 15)
