Cheffe Tao has over 20 years' experience. She has worked in the events industry, then as a caterer and nomadic chef all over the world. Her clients include numerous foreign consulates in Hong Kong, former U.S. President George H.W. Bush and Cirque du Soleil.
Colin is a great cocktail specialist, with unique creations in the restaurant. Otherwise, a lover of Japanese cuisine, you'll naturally meet him at the sushi counter in the boutique. As for Jim, he's a whisky and rum aficionado, and a passionate cook; he's the man behind all the Indian and Scottish dishes.

Gault & Millau awarded FUSION a toque for the sixth year running, and ranked it among the 102 best restaurants in Haute Garonne in 2023.
