Ein wunderschöner Ort zum Entspannen! Wir haben einige Tage im Domaine de Bize verbracht und waren begeistert. Das Manoir ist mit viel Liebe restauriert und verbindet den Charme eines alten Herrenhauses mit modernem Komfort. Besonders gefallen haben uns die schicken und sauberen Zimmer, der gepflegte Park mit ein kleiner, schattiger Spielplatz neben der Pool und die ruhige Atmosphäre. Mittelalterliche Städtchen Mirepoix in nur wenigen Minuten erreichbar, war richtig Mega Erlebnis. Tipp: Das Käse von kleine Geschäft mit Trüffel ist ja echt ein Schatz. Für den kleinen Ausflug Wir haben die Fahrräder benutz. Annemone und Alex sind außergewöhnlich herzliche Gastgeber. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen und bekommt viele hilfreiche Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants in der Region. Wer Südfrankreich abseits des Massentourismus erleben möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Ob als Familie, mit Freunden oder für ein besonderes Fest – wir können Domaine de Bize uneingeschränkt empfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Anemone and her husband are so genuinely warm and welcoming. We rented the Domaine de Bize for 15 of our friends for our anniversary weekend and their stay there was absolutely wonderful. The drive up to the manor from the road is like a scene out of a storybook and the property and house are incredibly inviting. I can't wait to come back one day and experience a stay there myself (and hopefully a bottle of wine and a chat with the lovely hosts!)

Venus pour un week-end en amoureux, nous avons été enchantés ! Le studio était très propre, très bien équipé et le domaine parfaitement entretenu. Des petites attentions nous ont attendu tout au long de notre séjour : boissons au frais, clim mise avant notre arrivée, glaces au congélateur pour faire face à la canicule, café, ... Anémone et Alex réussissent l'exploit d'être présents et aux petits soins sans être envahissants. Notre plaisir : prendre le petit déjeuner au bord de la piscine. La visite du manoir et son histoire par Alex a été riche d'enseignement. Merci à vous deux pour ce moment inoubliable, nous reviendrons sûrement !
