Hotels breakfast is very good. The rooms are silent. But the beds are not comfortable and so little for 2 persons. The bed was queen. I think US queen and French queen is different. But the hotel restaurant is nice.

Quite disappointed with a 3 star hotel that too by Hilton. Firstly, the shower was clogged and I was asked to change room. No apologies were provided, and the reception staff wasn’t really keen to make things easy for me. Secondly, the heater in the room doesn’t work well. Maybe they set a limit to the heaters but I’m paying money so I expect basic service of a heater. On the good side, the room is clean and good. Can’t complain about that. But would I come again? Nope. Bad customer service and I’m dissatisfied with the way they handled the room change, it’s absurd for an apparent 3 star hotel.

I booked a stay here and a technical error had occured, which got me a non refundable non rebookable room, but in good faith I had tried to rectify this by calling as soon as I realized my mistake, but after my interactions with the staff, I am absolutely appalled and terrified to stay here. Staff and the general manager were incredibly rude and unhelpful when I tried to resolve an issue with my reservation. To make matters worse, they took money from my credit card without authorization and refused to refund it. This hotel is a blatant cash grab. They ignore legitimate complaints and prefer to engage in petty arguments over email rather than resolve any issues. I am now genuinely scared to stay here, fearing what else the staff might do. They are so rude and unprofessional that I wouldn't be surprised if they tried to retaliate in some way. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place at all costs. They don't care about their customers, only about squeezing as much money out of them as possible. I will not be staying here would advise everyone else to do the same
