This was my first time taking my 4-year-old to Kid's Park. Some reviews had made me hesitate. So, the good points: my child loved it and had a blast. The park is large, full of passageways and tunnels... There's plenty to slide, climb, explore, and spin around (merry-go-round). I was pleasantly surprised. There are small areas where parents can sit. We arrived in the morning when it opened, and I think that's best if you want to avoid the crowds... I found it to be quite well soundproofed. The downsides: the "half-day" rate is unclear to me. When I asked what it meant, I was told I could stay "between 4 and 6 hours." In the end, I was given a paper wristband with a time limit written on it (which was about 4 hours after my arrival). But who checks that I haven't gone over the agreed time? It's strange. Anyway, it's obviously much better value to pay this rate than for just one hour. Then there's a major cleanliness issue. It's not immediately obvious, but little by little you notice the enormous cobwebs clinging to the artificial ivy, the piles of dust, the sofa mattresses covered in stains... The idea of the benches was nice, but they're clearly not suitable. They'd be better off keeping only the rattan armchairs. And then there are the parents who can't read... Or who don't respect anything (they bring their children up with their shoes on...) even though it's clearly forbidden; there are signs everywhere! But UP2Play can't do anything about that... Despite everything, I had a good time and I'll be back.

I find the prices a bit high, €12 for a trampoline for 1 hour ☹️ when you can find unlimited trampolines for €8 in Tarbes.

We came in July and October, the children were delighted, but both times they had lice. Is hygiene well maintained?
