We celebrated the children's birthdays there and the team is great, dynamic and attentive. The children and their friends had a great time. Everything was well maintained and pleasant and clean. Thanks again to the team, we will be back.

Unfortunately, this year, we don't recommend this place for birthday parties. In previous years, we had nothing to say about the organization, which was great, but this year it's changed. We had to note the incorrect schedule (2:30 p.m. to 4 p.m.), even though it ends at 4:30 p.m. with the cake, which meant that the parents arrived earlier than expected due to the incorrect information we received. Furthermore, the birthday snack portion no longer takes place on the ground floor, near the playground, but upstairs at the restaurant level. This is clearly not suitable for children because there are tables set up for dinner, with wine glasses, forks, and knives on them. The cake is no longer whole; if there are eight of you, you'll get eight small slices and not one more. We also asked for a carafe of water to tide us over until snack time. We were refused, and were kindly told to go serve ourselves at the water fountain without even giving us a glass... Drinks and candy are no longer given in advance, but are given only at snack time, so you have to plan ahead to manage the children's impatience... Compared to other years, I wouldn't recommend this place; we were disappointed.

We recently celebrated a birthday at this children's play area, and unfortunately, the experience didn't live up to our expectations. Despite the relatively high price for the service, the organization lacked consistency: little supervision, a rather cold welcome, and poorly adapted or poorly coordinated activities. The snack was basic and far from what had been described when we booked. The children still had fun thanks to the games on site, but it wasn't enough to justify the cost. It's a real shame, because the place has potential. Better support and more rigor in the management of birthday parties could make a real difference.
