 Wood Smoke Barbecue is their Food Truck, inspired by Texan cooking and revisited with French products and local know-how.

Slow-cooked over a wood fire, using a hot-smoke barbecue, to obtain candied meats with an inimitable taste.These meats are at the heart of the recipes, inspired by great classics or in an original and innovative Street Food version.

Present every Thursday evening in Rieux Volvestre (31), and for events in the region (trade fairs, conventions, corporate meals, weddings, christenings, etc.).

In April 2023, Wood Smoke opened its own restaurant, Guinguette La Goutte, in the hills above Goutevernisse (31), with a breathtaking view of the Pyrenees. 

A convivial dining venue focusing on the great classics of French cuisine, the Guinguette La Goutte regularly organizes sports and music events, particularly during the summer months. 

It's an ideal place to gather around good food, in the form of bistro-style dishes and fine wines.
