When Émilie began to examine the ingredients in industrial beauty products, she had an immediate epiphany: our bodies weren't being treated well. Concerned about the environment, she decided to create her own cosmetics using natural and ethically sourced ingredients, developing her artisanal business in the Volvestre region. Cold process soap making has the advantage of being less polluting, requiring only two essential ingredients : a fat (oil or vegetable butter) and a strong base, which is lye. With orange powder, coffee, clay, honey, or flowers, the soaps are naturally scented to offer you high-quality products— truly solid skincare for your skin, free of palm oil. You can also find homemade jams on her website, made with seasonal fruits from her wild orchard, or "ugly" unsold produce from local farmers.
