  Fantastic restaurant with a wonderfully warm atmosphere. Most of the ingredients are farm-fresh, so you can't get more local than that. The presentation is truly top-notch, and the dishes are original with a really nice mix of textures! Plus, eating at Gaya's means supporting traditional farming, which is endangered today but is the very soul of this country. PS: A huge thank you to Manu, whom we dragged out of bed to pull the car out of the mud in the field (the parking lot is way at the back, not right after the sign!). He was incredibly kind, even though he had every reason to be annoyed, and also to the waitress whose name escapes me, who delayed closing time to keep us warm while we waited!

  Ah, Gaya's Table! A gastronomic oasis where you can savor the seasons and their flavors. Each bite is a poem of fresh produce, a tribute to the seasons and the elegance of simplicity. Healthy and generous ingredients. As for the service, you are welcomed with warmth and professionalism. A wonderful family moment for a birthday celebration. We will be back...
