  Nothing to say about the office staff, but what a disappointment in terms of the organization of the proposed activities. A minimum of consultation and coordination between the various stakeholders is needed for your vacationers to have a good experience. Only one person to organize and collect registrations for the treasure hunt. Only one person to welcome and help with the puppet-making workshop. A magic show whose location changes the same morning, which is without registration (a serious mistake), but where a few people arrive with tickets... in short, an organization that we don't understand and that leaves children sad because they can't get in. Organize fewer things but provide human resources to supervise them. A city's departments can work together to succeed together.
