Luchon Superba­gnères Ski resort

Superbagnères in Haute-Garonne, is located in the commune of Saint-Aventin and accessible from Bagnères-de-Luchon by taking either the departmental road or the cable cars (less than 10 minutes journey).

The plateau, which overlooks the valley at an altitude of over 1,200 meters, was developed during the 20th century. Two resorts coexist: the spa resort and the ski resort. Spa visitors can enjoy the waters, which range in temperature from 22 to 67°C, to treat respiratory problems and rheumatism.

Access to the stations was initially possible by taking a rack railway from Luchon. This also made it possible to bring in the materials needed for the construction of the Grand Hôtel, which now houses a museum dedicated to these developments.

Enjoy the gentle slopes, the forest descents or even the high-altitude slopes, there are 32 kilometers of slopes. Children can have fun at the KidPark and adults at the SnowPark. There are also routes designed for snowshoe walks. In summer, take advantage of the many hiking trails all around the resort, discover a whole new landscape and peaks as far as the eye can see. Mountain guides are there to accompany you on your walks.

Superbagnères is also a starting point for paragliding flights. After a good glide, don't hesitate to relax in the wellness and fitness area - relaxation guaranteed!
