Chez Le Moulin Come and relax in peaceful surroundings

In the quiet valley of the Nère river, Haute Garonne, Le Moulin, Samouillan is surrounded by 5 hectares of woods and meadows. A 19th century mill with an adjoining bakery to one side, the land is completely surrounded by farmland, it is a peaceful refuge of flora and fauna. You can relax from the moment you arrive when we welcome you with refreshments, join us for a glass of wine on the terrace, sip a cold beer next to the natural swimming pool or take some time for yourself in a quiet corner with a cup of tea. Your time is yours during your stay with us and we will do our best to satisfy all your wishes.
The house is reached by means of a private tree-lined driveway which starts from a country road and runs along the stream of the mill. Parking in front of the barn, to access the entrance of the house you cross the wooden bridge covered with wisteria.
Le Moulin is a perfect base from which to explore the towns and villages of the Haute Garonne. One hour from the pink city of Toulouse and the mountains respectively, near the historic village of Aurignac, there are country walks starting from the house and not far into the mountains. You can cycle on Tour de France routes from the mill or enjoy the quiet routes with the family. You will also find plenty of wild places to swim in nearby lakes and in the mountains.
OUR GUEST ROOMS
Moulin: Relax in this beautiful spacious room, with its king-size bed and its view of the stream and the gardens at the front of the house.
Verger: A peaceful and charming room, with a queen-size bed and antique furniture. The windows overlook the back of the house, above the terrace and the view of the orchard along the valley.
Stream: Located above the stream, this small but charming room has a standard double bed and an en-suite bathroom. The three windows overlook the creek at the back of the house.
Our Gite - Boulangerie: For families and groups, why not book a stay in our luxurious self-contained gite. Built in the bakery of the mill, this flexible accommodation can be rented with two bedrooms accommodating 6 people, or with four bedrooms accommodating a total of 10 people.
Catering: Why not spend an evening on the terrace with us? Served under the pergola, enjoy a three-course dinner with drinks included under the stars. The perfect way to start or end your stay.
Swimming pool: Our natural swimming pool is magnificent at any time of the year. Fresh water is naturally filtered, with water circulating through the planting areas. Rich in flora and fauna with plants blooming one after another, it is an exceptional place to swim or relax with a drink.
