Chez Le Moulin Come and relax in a peaceful environment in Haute Garonne

In the tranquil valley of the River Nère, Haute Garonne, Le Moulin, Samouillan is surrounded by 5 hectares of woodland and meadows. A 19th century mill with an adjoining bakery on one side, the grounds are entirely surrounded by farmland, making them a peaceful haven of wildlife. You can relax from the moment you arrive when we welcome you with refreshments, join us for a glass of wine on the terrace, sip a cold beer next to the natural pool or take some time for yourself in a quiet corner with a cup of tea. Your time is yours during your stay with us and we will do our best to accommodate your every wish.
The house is reached via a private tree-lined driveway that starts from a country road and runs alongside the mill stream. There is parking in front of the barn, and to access the entrance to the house you cross the wooden bridge covered in wisteria.
The Moulin is a perfect base from which to explore the towns and villages of the Haute Garonne. Just an hour from the pink city of Toulouse and the mountains, near the historic village of Aurignac, there are countryside walks from the house and not far into the mountains. You can cycle on Tour de France routes from the mill or enjoy the quiet roads with the family. You will also find many wild swimming spots in nearby lakes and in the mountains.

OUR GUEST ROOM
Mill: Relax in this beautiful, spacious room, with its king-size bed and views of the stream and gardens at the front of the house.
Orchard: A peaceful and charming room with a queen-size bed and antique furniture. The windows overlook the back of the house, above the terrace and the view of the orchard along the valley.
Stream: Situated above the stream, this small but charming room has a standard double bed and an en-suite bathroom. The three windows overlook the stream at the back of the house.
Our Gite - Bakery: For families and groups, why not book a stay in our luxurious self-catering gîte. Built in the mill's bakery, this flexible accommodation can be rented with two bedrooms sleeping 6 people, or with four bedrooms sleeping a total of 10 people.
Dining: Why not spend an evening on the terrace with us? Served under the pergola, enjoy a three-course dinner with drinks included under the stars. The perfect way to start or end your stay.
Swimming Pool: Our natural swimming pool is beautiful any time of year. The freshwater is naturally filtered, with water circulating through the planted areas. Rich in flora and fauna, with plants blooming one after the other, it's an exceptional place to swim or relax with a drink.
