You'll be seduced by an international cuisine that finely blends the flavors and spices discovered along the way by three globe-trotters - Tao, Colin and Jim - while offering good regional produce or quality ingredients... are you tempted to go 'fusion'? Cheffe Tao has over 20 years' experience. She has worked in the events industry, then as a caterer and nomadic chef all over the world. Her clients include numerous foreign consulates in Hong Kong, former U.S. President George H.W. Bush and Cirque du Soleil.
Colin is a great cocktail specialist, with unique creations in the restaurant. Otherwise, a lover of Japanese cuisine, you'll naturally meet him at the sushi counter in the boutique. As for Jim, he's a whisky and rum aficionado, and a passionate cook; he's the man behind all the Indian and Scottish dishes.

Gault & Millau awarded FUSION a toque for the sixth year running, and ranked it among the 102 best restaurants in Haute Garonne in 2023.

The menu is SINGLE, in three parts (starter 1, main course and dessert) or four parts (starter 1, starter 2, main course and dessert). However, if you have any dietary restrictions or allergies, please let us know at least 1 week in advance so that we can make alternative arrangements.
For children under 10, it will be possible to adapt the same themed menu into 3 courses at a cost of €30/child (net excluding drinks), please give us at least 1 week's notice.
A food and wine pairing will be proposed to enhance each menu and theme.
