Exit everything you know about wine bars and let yourself be surprised at the Petits Crus
The concept is simple: Let's pair cheeses with wines! Easy to explain but much more complicated to achieve.
Here we don't let you be the sorcerer's apprentices to test this or that association, all the marriages are well worked out beforehand and explanations are given for each agreement.
The only work you will have to do is to choose a plate theme: rather passionate if you like cheeses with character, fusional if your palate is still a little fragile, voluptuous for lovers of creamy/flowing cheeses, capricious for fans of goat's and sheep's cheeses... Having trouble choosing? Don't panic for the undecided again Les Petits Crus makes it easy for you with the favorite theme which takes up the "best of" of the different themes.
Each cheese on the chosen plate will then be enhanced by a unique wine served in a small vial. Two formulas are possible: 4 wines / 4 cheeses or 6 wines / 6 cheeses.
You will have understood that here we are talking about association, marriage, love… romanticism at all levels… For dessert Les Petits Crus continues the serenade to make your heart capsize through a tasting of 4 chocolates / 4 wines. Beautiful surprises throughout the evening!
Beyond the original concept, Les Petits Crus strives to be irreproachable in the products offered. The cheeses are selected and matured by François Bourgon, Meilleur Ouvrier de France, the wines are organic selected directly from independent winegrowers and the chocolates come from the chocolate maker Cacaofages.
Les Petits Crus is not dogmatic and you are not obliged to follow the concept, you can also enjoy other tapas (charcuterie, spreadable vegetables, etc.) and choose your own glass or bottle of wine.
