I forgot my bikini top during my massage session, and strangely enough, they couldn't find it the very next day. I called, and at first, she told me it was in the washing machine, but the next day, she said she still couldn't find it. I wasn't happy about that, and it's a shame for such a secure establishment.

Very disappointed. The spa is outdated and very dark. The jacuzzi had too many chemicals; our eyes stung the entire time we were there. The massage was completely inadequate: no blindfold, no blanket upon arrival (you're left in your underwear waiting for the therapist). When asked to turn over, the blanket wasn't lifted to make it easier. I had a male massager, but at no point was I asked if I minded. The treatment room wasn't welcoming.

The relaxation area is a bit of a letdown for a 4-star hotel. The place could be better maintained; there was only one bottle of shower gel available for three showers, and it was empty. The cleanliness was average. Regarding the staff, the reception was very formal and rushed; it felt like we were interrupting a coffee break between colleagues. I came specifically to enjoy the hammam, but unfortunately, it only started heating after 18 minutes, and even then… I had to contact the manager several times before it was done. The only positive point is that there is a large jacuzzi. The tea included in the package won't be served unless they feel like it… Be warned, time is of the essence! Even if the equipment isn't working properly or the setup takes longer than expected, you'll be turned away without a second thought, without even having fully enjoyed the service or the agreed-upon time. In short, the service was poor and sloppy, and the hammam was faulty.
