- UP2Play, a leisure space for children adored by parents near Tarbes
  Head to the UP2Play theme park for a day of watching the kids have fun. Of course, parents will be able to participate since many games are team based, such as the escape game where you have one hour to find the keys and clues that lead to the treasure room.
  Virtual reality activities are a good way to communicate and have fun with others to succeed in the mission. In bowling, children aged 3 and over can play with slides, a game that can be played as a team or even children against parents! Take a break, it's snack time, go pick up your little ones at the kids park where ball pools, activity courses and obstacle courses are suitable for young people aged 1 to 12.
  To perk up, there's nothing better than the Grill club, the leisure center's restaurant which offers homemade desserts. Did your children like it? Think about UP2Play for their birthday, many events can be organized as well as seminars in equipped rooms.

Been a few times now and experienced every single time nonfriendly/impatient and unprofessional staff. Not very inviting. Apart from -some of the - the staff it's a nice place to spend family time on rainy days

I am updating my ratings from 4 stars to 2 stars. We had our daughter's birthday celebration and nothing went well. When we made the reservation we asked the stuff if there is anything else we need to know beside what's on the website and they said nothing. On the date of the even when we arrived the stuff showed our table and we were in for this would be where we celebrate the birthday. There a table set with my daughter's name plates juice and candies no balloon or decorations no place to put the coats and gifts. We were just left there and we were told that we should be there 30mins prior (including the guest. Which we were not told despite ask asking during the reservation) after giving us the program the stuff just left us. The 1st was 30min Neo Xperiences. Which the kids liked. Then the kids were brought back to the table and was informed that it was time for snack. then the stuff came singing with the cake we had no idea that it was time for the cake. Then the stuff left the cake we had to slice and do the serving. The cake was ok. But the kids didn't like it. None of the kids ate it. I felt it was a waste kids mentioned they didnt like the texture of the cake. The stuff was too busy since she was the only one and there was 6 birthday celebrations. When we ran out of drink we had to look for them. The stuff asked the kids wanted more candies since they didnt enjoy the cake. Kids said yes. The stuff left to get more but didnt back. So we let the kids play. Im glad that one of the parent stayed with us as there was no one to watch the kids while they play or the stuffs we had(food, gifts and coats). Towards the end of the event my husband ask the stuff for the goodies as some of the kids were leaving. And we were told there is no such thing. They had never given out any goodies for the birthday. So we had to show what was on the website "UP2PLAY goodies for all children" so one of the stuff gave us UP2PLAY bands. had we known that there was no goodies that would be given we would have brought our own to give out to the guests. I think 15€ per guest is alot for the service we got. It felt like it was the first time they had a birthday celebration. everytime we ask for something the stuffs were unaware. They could have had 1 stuff for each birthday celebrant to assist during the birthday celebration. So that the parents doesn't have to leave the kids to ask for refills or additional stuff.

Excellent venue both the bowling alley and the trampoline park are great. All the equipment is new and the staff are friendly
