Chou was born from a passion, from gluttony, from the desire to welcome gourmets who love sweets in a friendly atmosphere. You will taste succulent pastries: cream puffs of course, but also comforting cakes and journeys like the famous chocolate cake of Pauline, her great-grandmother, an almond financier, scones, cookies and marbled cakes. …For lunch, Stéphanie created Chouschettas, a revisitation of Bruschetta, but where a tasty gougère replaces the bread! Served hot or cold, they are accompanied by salad and a small seasonal soup. As for drinks, chou offers quality organic coffees and teas, creamy grandmother's chocolates, cold drinks and local juices , and even a small beer for aperitif time. Located Rue Ferrere in Tarbes, Chou is a very warm pastry shop, with recycled decor in pastel ambiances and you feel at home there. On site or to take away (think of office colleagues, children's snacks, bringing choux buns to friends for dessert, etc.).
