Located in Carla-Bayle in Ariège, Résidence l'Oustal del Carlat *** offers 60 fully equipped holiday homes for overnight and weekly stays.

Our houses have 2 to 4 bedrooms each with a terrace. Within the residence, our heated infinity pool offers you a panoramic view of Carla Bayle lake and the Pyrenees. A barbecue area and a laundromat are available.
The residence is located at the foot of Carla-Bayle lake, offering a multitude of fun and sporting activities : cycling, tennis, basketball, mini golf, pétanque, beach volleyball, climbing wall, ping pong, children's games, aquazone, pedal boat, restaurant, snack bar and ice cream parlor.
Ideal destination for small and large groups, we can accommodate up to 300 people on site in our holiday homes. We also have a 100m² room as well as a 300m² communal room that can be rented for the day or for the weekend.
Possibility of full board for groups thanks to our partner restaurants located on site.
Many sports activities are possible on site for groups : pétanque, swimming, tennis, basketball, beach volleyball, sporting challenges, cycling...
