Located at an altitude of 1400m, the restaurant offers you a breathtaking view of the Pyrenees mountains.
But that's not all. Made from quality local products (meat from the traditional butcher's shop Manse in Bagnères de Bigorre, vegetables from the market gardener, cheese from Amélie in Jezeau...), all the dishes are homemade. Aesthetic, tasty and generous, the plates will delight your pupils, your palate and your belly. Developed by chef TAD, the menu is varied so that you can (re)discover both traditional local cuisine (garbure, duck confit, cep omelette)... and creative cuisine from around the world (cod croquettes, Thai curry...).
