The Dahu Ariégeois is a structure 1 hour from Toulouse which offers mountain activities and stays in summer and winter.

Denis is a trail running sports coach. With him you have the opportunity to take advantage of a trail course to develop in the discipline and/or to go on a roaming trail trip. A passionate mountain guide, he will help you discover another side of the mountain during your hikes or trekking with a theme on heritage and nature. Have a good time or strengthen the conviviality of a group with a treasure hunt or a treasure hunt in an ancient vestige of a castle in Cathar country. TRAILS

The Dahu Ariégeois offers mountain trail courses. Close to Toulouse, their training takes place in Ariège and the Pyrenees. For personalized support, our courses are limited to 6 people per coach.
These courses are ideal for discovering the discipline or improving your skills in order to properly prepare for your goal. There are three trail courses with different sporting purposes.

• Trail spirit: I improve my technique.
• Shock weekend: I work on my physical volume in the mountains.
• Altitude trail course: I adapt my effort in a hypoxia zone.
